The National Society of the Sons of Utah Pioneers is organized into about 36 local chapters, mostly in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona but with chaptersthroughout the United States. The Cotton Mission Chapter is one of the most active and well-run chapters according to the nationaloffice. 

Recently our chapter was awarded the “Chapter Excellence” award for meeting and exceeding a set of standards and requirements established by the national office. As you might guess this is not the first time we have won the award. President Ralph Atkin and Bunk Robinson hold the award in the photo.
